What you receive

DROPMINT primarily delivers order information, not a parcel. After your payment is verified, the file for the orders you bought is prepared and sent to the email, WhatsApp, or SMS you gave at checkout. There is no courier tracking for that file.

When it arrives

Expect the file within 24–48 hours after verification, unless the admin desk has set a different window. The clock starts when the payment is marked verified, not when you click submit. If it will be late, support should tell you. This preview records the request and does not send the file.

What the file is for

Use it only for the purpose stated on the product. Do not republish it. Phone numbers and addresses in a live file would be limited to the fields the admin marked as permitted.

If something is wrong

Write to DROPMINT.help@gmail.com or call +91 8929343871 with the order ID. Say whether the file never arrived, arrived incomplete, or did not match the product you bought.
