FAQ

What exactly am I purchasing?

You are purchasing a selected quantity of eligible customer-order records for one listed product. You are not buying the physical product from DROPMINT, and you are not buying an unrestricted list of people’s personal information.

How does DROPMINT work?

Choose a product, select how many orders you want, pay the listed total by UPI, and submit the UTR plus a screenshot. After an operator verifies the payment, the order-information file is prepared and sent to the email, WhatsApp, or SMS you provided.

Are these physical products?

The catalogue shows products so you know what the orders are for. DROPMINT’s delivery to you is digital: the order information. There is no courier shipment from DROPMINT unless a separate service says so in writing.

Am I buying the product or customer order information?

Customer order information. The product name, image, and suggested selling price are there so you can judge the opportunity. The thing you pay for is the quantity of eligible orders.

How many orders can I purchase?

Any quantity from the MOQ up to the available volume on that product. If you submit a payment, that quantity is reserved so two people cannot buy the same remainder.

What is MOQ?

Minimum order quantity. The smallest number of order records you can buy for that product. The admin sets it.

What is delivery percentage?

An indicative share of similar orders that were delivered and collected in the sample history. It is not a promise that your buyers will accept the parcel, and it is not DROPMINT’s delivery of the file.

How do I pay?

UPI. The checkout shows a QR and a UPI ID. You pay in your own UPI app, then return and submit the proof. This preview does not capture a live payment.

What is UTR?

The transaction reference your UPI app shows after a transfer. Typing it here does not prove the payment. An operator still has to match it to the screenshot and the amount.

Why do I need to upload payment proof?

So the desk can check the amount, the UPI ID, and the reference before any order information is prepared. A screenshot alone is not treated as success.

When will I receive my order information?

Within the window shown at checkout, counted after payment verification — not after you click submit. The default window is 24–48 hours. The admin can change that window.

How will I receive it?

On the channel you choose: WhatsApp, email, or SMS. This preview records the request. It does not send the file or store a public download link.

Can I cancel?

Before verification, write to support with the order ID and ask for the reservation to be released. After verification, cancellation depends on whether the file has already been prepared or delivered.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, for the cases on the refund policy: payment taken but no purchase recorded, a duplicate payment, verified payment with no file, or a material mismatch caused by DROPMINT. A file that was already delivered and used is not automatically refundable.

Can I redistribute customer information?

No, unless DROPMINT expressly authorizes it. You may use the records only for the permitted purpose on that product. Do not resell the file, spam the people in it, or upload it anywhere public.

How is customer information protected?

Only an approved dataset can be sold. Files are not placed in a public folder. Phone numbers in the admin desk stay masked until someone chooses to reveal them. This preview still keeps demo records in your browser, which is not a production vault.

Are profits guaranteed?

No. Delivery rate, margin, and every projection are indicative. Your result depends on the orders and on how you sell and fulfil them.
